We’re investigating an outage on our OpenVZ VPS node Hurricane. Some VPS’s appear to be online, however a lot of others are now showing as stopped. An update is being completed now and we’ll give this usually very stable server a reboot.

Update:
All VPS’s on this node are booting up and everything appears to be running smoothly. If you have any problems please contact support.

We’re seeing a large DDoS to our shared hosting server Twister, which means sites will currently slow or not loading at all.

This is currently being investigated.

Update (14:40):
The attack appears to have stopped, so all websites should be back online.

There appears to be an issue with our Xen node Blizzard. We’re giving this server a reboot and will continue to monitor the status.

Update (12:31):
We’ve updated the server software and done another quick reboot. This should hopefully improve the stability, however we will continue to monitor this.
